Everything you need to know before booking:

1. Sessions last 45 minutes fully supervised by qualified lifeguards.
2. Participants must be 1.2m tall or taller
3. All participants must be able to swim 25 metres confidently and unaided
4. Ages 8-12: One adult must be on the Aqua Park for every two children
5. Ages 13–16: An adult must be present on site
6. All participants must sign an acknowledgment of risk form
7. Please arrive 30 minutes before your session

Your safety is our priority. Our Aqua Park is supervised at all times by fully trained and experienced lifeguards who are constantly monitoring the water and obstacles.

All participants must

1. Sign an acknowledgment of risk on behalf of themselves and any Under 18s in booking party
2. Arrive 30 minutes before start of session
3. Attend a safety briefing before entering the water
4. Wear a buoyancy aid
5. Follow all lifeguard instructions at all times
6. Follow Aqua Park Code Of Conduct and Llys-y-frân's Biosecurity Guidelines.

Our safety standards are recognised as industry-leading, and we regularly review our procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

To enjoy your time at the Aqua Park, please bring the following:

1. Swimwear
2. Shoes or flip-flops to walk around site
3. Towel
4. Change of clothes
5. A bottle of water
