Over the two action packed days, you will sample a range of all of our activities that Llys Y Fran has to offer! From gliding across the serene waters on a paddleboard, to conquering heights on our climbing wall and mountain bike trails, every moment brims with fun-filled challenges and exploration.

Parents and guardians can relax, there's no need to stay on-site during the sessions! You’ll have peace of mind knowing your children are in the safe hands of our highly experienced and qualified instructors every step of the way!

Did you know, our instructors receive enhanced DBS checks, are first aid trained, and work to rigorous national governing body standards? This ensures every participant gets the quality, safe and enjoyable session they deserve!

🛡️Age Requirements:

1. Under 12 Years Old: Young explorers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) for assistance at the beginning and end of each session.
2. Over 12 Years Old: Teens can kick off their adventure with parental drop-off and pick-up for their first day. If they can manage their gear on their own after that, they’re ready to go solo! Just remember, pick-up must always be with a responsible adult (18+)!

In the event of adverse weather, such as strong winds or lightning, we may need to temporarily restrict water access, adjust activity zones for safety or restrict access to certain land activities. While we strive to provide advance notice, some decisions may require quick action.

If we find it necessary to close specific areas of activities, we are committed to promptly informing all customers, offering options to reschedule or receive a refund. Stay updated through our website and social media channels for real-time announcements.

Accessibility Information:

We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors! Our visitor centre is fully accessible, featuring a layout that's designed for ease of movement, including plenty of space for wheelchair users.

While many of our walks offer natural beauty and are suitable for various mobility needs, please note that some paths consist of gravel and uneven terrain, which may present challenges for wheelchair access. Additionally, certain trails include some steep inclines, adding to the adventure!

We also offer conveniently located disability access parking bays right by the visitor centre, making it easy for you to start your journey with us.

We encourage all visitors, regardless of ability, to explore our site and participate in our activities. Water Activities:

We have changing facilities with warm showers and toilets. Lockers are available with a refundable £1.00.

What to Bring Water Activities:

As part of your activity, we will provide all necessary safety equipment. Please bring the following items with you:

1. Swimsuit for under your wetsuit.
2. Warm change of clothes.
3. Towel.
4. Sun cream.
5. Bottle of water.
6. Any medication they require.
7. Closed toe footwear for on the water.

Please Note: Closed toe shoes are compulsory for all activities and must be worn at all times. Crocs and sliders are not deemed suitable.

Land Activities:

What to Bring Land Activities:

As part of your activity, we will provide all necessary safety equipment. Please bring the following items with you:

1. Sensible clothing (long sleeves are suggested).
2. Warm change of clothes.
3. Raincoat.
4. Sun cream.
5. Bottle of water.
6. Any medication they require.
7. Closed toe footwear.

10:00: Arrival, Welcome & Kit Change.

10:30: Activities begin.

12:30 Lunchtime.

13:00: Activities resume.

15:00: Kit change and wide games.

15:45-16:00: Collection.
