Llyn Brenig Visitor Centre

It's become a fabulous hub for visitors. You can book water based activities, hire a boat or bike, grab a coffee or some lunch, and keep an eye on the Osprey eggs. The walking is peaceful with spectacular views. Not much cover outdoors so take precautions when it's hot.

Great walk around Brenig and Alwen. Beautiful scenery, peaceful and not too challenging for walkers.
Loads of water-based activities available, mainly in summer.

This is the second time I hired a bike and the staff at the centre are so helpful! It’s easy to book online and the process is so simple. Did a beautiful ride round the lake and hiring is so much easier that transporting a bike! £16 for 3 hours is so worth it and you are given all the information you need! Will definitely be doing again!
