Description
If you are new to Stand Up Paddleboarding our beginner lessons are for you. Our qualified instructor led sessions on the beautiful Hamble River will see us get you standing and paddling with confidence.
Your 1.5 hour session is split into two defined sections; during the first part of your session you will develop an understanding of the equipment; learn how to turn as well as paddle in a straight line and master how to recover yourself should you fall off the board. While the remainder of the session is your free time to paddle and put your new skills to use. Our beginner SUP lessons also have a teaching ratio of one instructor to six paddlers ensuring we are able to help you develop over the duration of the session and to stick to government guidelines.
If you would like a one on one lesson with one of our instructors then take a look at our Private Stand Up Paddle Boarding lessons.
