What is SUP Yoga you may ask… well Stand Up Paddle board Yoga is just that; Yoga practised while on a Stand Up Paddle board.
Strength, balance and focus are all tested in this challenging form of Yoga that will revitalise the most frequent of yoga goers.
While you do not need any prior yoga or Stand Up Paddle board experience to trying SUP yoga, it certainly is of benefit if you have.
If you feel like you need a little guidance then why not take a look at our SUP Taster Lesson’s.
Your 1 hour 30 minute session will include a warm up, main posture session before winding down with some relaxation poses. You will then have some free time at the end of your session to have a paddle before making your way back to shore.
Each yoga Class includes a safety briefing, paddle and buoyancy aid.

What to bring
Itinerary
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked class time as this will allow you to, sign in, get changed and meet your instructor.
You will receive a brief overview of the equipment and technique on land outside The Paddle Centre before collecting your equipment and walking it down to the waters edge.
Once everyone is on the water and comfortable your instructor will guide you through the yoga class.
Come back to The Paddle Centre, return your equipment, sign in and grab a coffee or why not an ice cream.
