Paddle with Pops

This year, treat Pops to a Paddle at Woodmill - arguably Southampton's most beautiful paddling location. Every Dad is provided with a bottle of something refreshing (of the beer variety!) upon their return - better than a card and breakfast in bed, huh!

Woodmill offers idyllic paddling along the River Itchen, in the heart of Southampton. Why not join us for a paddle along the River before disembarking for a picnic and refreshments with a view? Whether you join us to make new friends, or want to thank your Dad for being THE BEST, this is arguably one of the best ways to kick back and relax on the water.

3. We have a variety of Double Sit on Top Kayaks or Canadian Canoes suitable for 2-3 people
4. All specialist kit is provided – including Buoyancy aids and paddles
5. Waterproofs tops and trousers are also available – just in case the British weather is determined to get you wet!

Our Paddle with Pops trips begin and conclude at Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre. Free parking, changing and toilet facilities are available onsite. Enjoy a paddle upstream through the beautiful surroundings prior to the paddle back downstream to Woodmill.

Please note:

Please ensure you have bought your own picnic, drinks and snacks. Food and drinks are not included in the cost of this trip - other than a free refreshing Beer for every Dad!

No previous experience is required.

Your friends and family (if they've not already booked!) will make this a great experience for all.

We recommend you bring closed toe shoes (which you don't mind getting wet) and a change of clothes - just in case you end up damp.
