What to bring

9:00-9:30am: meet at cawsand car park
pump up boards & prepare equipment
(please let us know if you have your own board)
10:15am: orientation, connection & journaling
11:00am: sup journey from casand around the coastline
with lunch before paddling back to cawsand
1:30-2:00pm: deeply immersive wild swim
2:30pm: drive to maker (10mins) enjoy coffee/tea & cake
3:15-4:30pm: sauna & cold plunge therapy
5:00 pm: breathwork & yoga to move, soften & ground
5:45pm: navigation & guided journaling
6:30pm: go with your flow
