Woodmill are running another picturesque touring trip, from Lepe country park and down the river Beaulieu.

This will be an all day trip lead by Sea kayak leaders, and take in sights of the Solent and isle of white.


On this trip expect to see all kinds of native British wildlife, including the famous new forest pony's. Your trip will take you to the top of the Beaulieu river past the beautiful Exbury Gardens, Bucklers Hard and the National Motor Museum.

Please Note:

During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are offering COVID Secure activities to the public.

To ensure that we can provide a safe environment for all participants and our staff, we are implementing the following procedures;

  1. We ask that you not attend if your child, or anyone in the household, are showing symptoms of COVID-19.
  2. We will coordinate all activities so your children will join your group straight away after sign in.
  3. We will ask all children to wash their hands upon arrival, in between activity sessions and prior to eating.
  4. We will offer activities that do not require high physical support / physical contact.
  5. We will be deep cleaning twice daily as a minimum standard.


Requirements

This trip is suitable for paddlers of all abilities, however, we would recommend that participants are water confident, and are of a reasonable level of fitness.

This trip is suitable for beginners who are happy to paddle for up to 4 hours. Children 14 years plus are welcome, but those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What to bring

We provide all the equipment to take part, however we do require you to bring the following;

  1. A full change of clothes
  2. Towel
  3. Spare pair of shoes
  4. Water Bottle
  5. Lunch Box
  6. Suncream (if worn)
  7. Hat/Gloves/Scarf (weather dependant
  8. Waterproof coat
  9. Cash if driving and parking.
