Archery Activity Session

Don’t tell anyone…but Woodmill is definitely Southampton’s best-kept secret!

To those who drive past it, it probably just looks like any other old brick building. But step inside this converted former mill and it’s like walking through the wardrobe into Narnia. With an unexpected tranquil haven full of wonder and surprise (but without the lions or witches, obviously).

Are you ready to take aim? Join us on our 90 minute Archery session, which is a supervised group session with one of our qualified Archery instructors. The art of Archery goes way back, with its roots in hunting and on the ancient battlefields. With a selection of bows and arrows suitable for everybody, we'll have you hitting that target and having fun in no time.

This session is ideal for people who would like to try archery for the first time, Whether you’re a family with children or a couple of mates, you’ll all enjoy learning a new skill or practising previously learnt skills.

Remember to round up your friends and family as booking 4 or more people will save you £3 per person!

Please Note:

During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are offering COVID Secure activities to the public.

To ensure that we can provide a safe environment for all participants and our staff, we are implementing the following procedures;

1. We ask that you not attend if you, or anyone in the household, are showing symptoms of COVID-19.
2. We will coordinate all activities so you will join your group straight away after sign in.
3. We will ask all participants to wash their hands upon arrival, in between activity sessions and prior to eating.
4. We will offer activities that do not require high physical support / physical contact.
5. We will be deep cleaning twice daily as a minimum standard.

This is suitable for ages 6 years and over.

We'd recommend wearing long sleeved tops and wearing closed toe shoes.
