WICK OUTDOORS BEGINNERS SUP LESSON

Adult: £40pp 12-16 year olds: £24pp

Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult on the water

This lesson is ran at Wick Outdoors Centre........

​​We offer 1.5 hour?? 'ready to ride' lessons at our location where we take advantage of calm waters...... Its also packed with wildlife!

In this 1.5 hour?? lesson, you will learn about the paddle-board and paddle, you will move from kneeling on the board to standing up, learn paddle strokes, turns, tricks, have a few games and if time allows, you can try out a SUP rescue technique! If you complete the various parts to the session and you are 16+, you can also walk away with a "ready to ride" card that's recognised UK wide.

​We supply boards, paddles, leashes, buoyancy aids as standard.

Lessons will be 1 instructor to maximum of 8 clients. 

We can't promise you won't get wet!

Arriving on site:

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your session.

As you enter Wick Outdoors Centre go into the car park and park up. Please head to reception where our instructors will meet you.

1. Under 18's accompanied by an adult on the water.
2. Children over the age of 12.
3. Able to swim 25 metres.

1. Swimwear, Shorts/Boardies
2. Old trainers/water boots
3. Towel
4. Glasses strap if needed
5. Wetsuit if owned
6. Water or drink

8. PPE if needed
