Join me for this 6 weeks course of yoga, where you'll learn techniques and tips in slowing down, improve your flexibility, balance and strength, how to connect to, listen to and take care of your body, basic meditations, how to breath for better energy, methods to centering and ground yourself in times of stress, and overall discovering and uncovering for yourself how the practice of yoga can help in the daily roller coaster of life in so many different ways.
Beginners to yoga very welcome as well as more experienced folk who would like to delve a little deeper perhaps in to how their yoga can really help facilitate a more balanced and blissful life.
Can't commit to 6 weeks, but would still like to attend some sessions? That's ok, you can book per session for £7.50, see the weekly class listed for wednesdays and book there instead.
