Description

Join me by the sea for a beautiful outdoor yoga practice. Connecting movement to breath with a sequence of poses to open and strengthen the body, help improve circulation, balance, and so much more. Yoga is great for us, even better for us when practiced outdoors in nature, where we can really connect to the environment and nature which, we are very much a part of.Yoga is followed by an optional dip in our lovely northsea. So bring your swimming togs and towel etc if you want to dip.Yoga and cold water swimming have so many benefits, a boost for the body and brain, good for building our immunity and great for reducing our stress levels, boosting endorphins and generally just feeling great. You will need to bring your own yoga mat.


Requirements

Anyone participating in sea swimming does so at their own risk and is responsible for their own safety.
