Drop-in session for 'Yoga For A More Balanced & Blissful Life'
This a 6 week block of classes but you can drop-in too. All welcome.
We will explore and practice different yoga methods that can help bring us in to a better state of being, including breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga poses (asana), meditation, and some background of yoga too. 🧘♀️
Whether you're new to yoga or want to get back in to your practice or just join a group of like minded people and get some guidance and help in a supported way there's something for us all.
