Starting as high up the river as we can - just under the hydro-electric dam release - you'll have an initial practice with your team, navigating the little visited upper Dranse. Here's you'll swim and jump to ensure you're all paddling in sync and feeling confident. You'll haul the raft out and descent 500ms to avoid some dodgy area, before putting in again just above 'La Pissette' rapid (grade IV). You'll then continue on the In-Between trip.

1. Everybody must be able to swim 25ms without aids.
2. Everybody must be 16 years old or over.

All you need to bring with you are swimming togs, towels and dry clothes for afterwards, we also suggest some water and suncream.

We'll kit you out with wetsuits, helmets,

lifejackets, boots, paddles, and get you to the starting point with your guide.
