Learn to paddleboard at Roadford Lake!

Description

‘Have a Go’ at Stand up Paddleboarding at Roadford Lake with one of our skillful instructors. During this 90 minute session you will learn basic skills and play games while exploring the lake. This session is suitable for complete beginners and those aged 8+.

Requirements

For 16 years old and up

What to bring

We provide:

Buoyancy aids/ impact vests
Wetsuits
Helmets

You are more than welcome to bring along your own wetsuit.

Please bring:

Appropriate footwear is compulsory (wetsuit boots/shoes/old trainers)
Coat, sun hat / cream,
A change of clothes and a towel.

We do not recommend taking valuable items such as phones or keys on the water.

Itinerary

Make sure you arrive in good time and have signed all relevant disclaimers and medical declarations in advance.
Check in at the Activity Centre reception.
Changing rooms and lockers are available.
Meet your instructor outside Reception.
