Description
Join us on a history tour, where your guide will showcase the centuries of rich local history, whilst cycling through the unique landscape of Hadleigh Park.
The 2.5 - 3hr cycle tour will start and finish at Hadleigh Park Cycles, and we will discover Viking battles, Norman Castles, smugglers haunts, Victorian philanthropy, WW2 guns, and more.
The local history might surprise you, but is designed to be fun and mixed in with the cycling. We aim for the right balance of cycling and history for each group.
Bring your own or hire one of ours: we now have an E-bike option available.

Requirements
- Must be able to cycle up and down hills, for 12km (Recommended minimum age 12)
- If customer does not meet minimum skills standard HPC guide must ask customer not to join in (refund will be given in this case).
- If customer uses their own bike, HPC will check the bike for suitability. If bike unsuitable customer must use HPC bike.

- Skills assessment
- Tour park on the "Green" boundary trail.
- Stop in the pub for lunch and a drink (please let us know if you have dietary requirements)
- Guide will explain one aspect of history for 10 minutes, in about 5 places
- Finish with quiz. Have you been paying attention?
