Description
The Short Range Certificate (SRC) is a legal requirement for anyone using VHF and VHF Digital Selective Calling (DSC) equipment on any British vessel voluntarily fitted with a radio. The course gives you background knowledge of radios and a practical understanding of their use in everyday and emergency situations. We can deliver the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) update for those who hold the old certificate.
Payment for License- There is an additional £70 Charge to the RYA that must be paid before attending the course unless discussed with the centre please follow the information on the link below about how to undertake payment
