Communal 50 minute Sauna session, located overlooking Port Quin harbour.

Relax and unwind with an amazing view of Port Quin.

Cool off between Sauna sessions with our fresh water shower.

Seats up to 6 persons comfortably.


Located a few steps from the water at Port Quin overlooking the harbour (an amazing swimming spot).

For ages 14 and over (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult).

Port Quin is an amazing place to take a dip or just to watch the tide ebb and flow.

Our sauna sessions last 50 minutes.

You will be met by a member of the CCA team and shown how to use the Sauna.


Pregnant persons or those with medical conditions that can be effected by extreme heat (such as heart conditions) should not use the sauna or consult your GP before doing so.


You will need a towel to sit on, swimwear and plenty of drinking water, a refill tap for water bottles can also be found in the harbour.















Requirements

  1. Persons under 14 are not permitted (under 16 must be with a parent or guardian).


  1. You must not use the sauna or seek medical advice prior to use if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that can be effected by sauna use.


  1. Using the sauna is at your own risk, anyone booking the sauna must agree to the terms and conditions and make sure other group members are also aware of them.


  1. You will need a towel to sit on at all times and swimwear along with plenty of drinking water, a refill tap for water bottles can also be found in the harbour.



What to bring

A water bottle, towel to sit on. Swim wear, warm clothes or changing robes for afterwards.

Itinerary

Sauna briefing, 50 minute sauna use. It is recommended to take breaks at least every 15 minutes.
