Pool Session South Woodham ferrers

The pool sessions are for members and invited participants of the EssexSlalom Squad. The sessions are ideal for learning and developing new skills. We plan to have semi-structured sessions so that this will give time for learning specific skills but also space for you to have time for yourself.

How to book

Club equipment is limited in terms of paddles and boats, please bring your own boats if you have them.

Note: The Club encourages all family members to join in and attend club activities, the club caps the cost to 3 hires for any one Family (Parents and their Children).

Eola is excellent event booking software but is not designed for a more complex scenario where limited equipment or multiple sizes of equipment is available.The club aims to access sufficient equipment to simplify the booking process.

Do let the coach's know if you have any pull's or strains, bad backs, necks etc they really do need to know and will adapt the session to your needs.

Swimming costumes, Shorts, T shirts suitable for the pool. Towel and a change of Clothes

Post warm up (5-10 minutes) the next 20 minutes of the sessions we plan to be structured. If you have any specific area's you would like to develop just speak with a coach :)
