55 minute sauna session shared in our traditional wood fired sauna.

Max Capacity of 8 people per, with the use of changing rooms , lockers and cold water plunges.

Requirements

Do not use if you suffer with any of the following conditions.

During pregnancy
Heart conditions
Recent alcohol/drug use
Children under 18 years
No smoking, no open flames outside designated fuel area.

What to bring

Bring your own pad lock to use on the lockers
Dry robe
Water
