Adult Coaching Skiers

This is a weekly session, every Saturday evening where skiers and boarders gather to practice and have coaching from experienced Snowsport coaches. You will be on the move, your head not filled with instructions, instead you will be guided practically through to improved levels of competence and skill. This is experiential learning, tailored to suit your own individual needs. You will be learning with others at your own pace.

Stop! Before you book this session consider becoming a Member of Snowsports Torfaen; as a member you will save yourself money when you are taking part in multiple sessions throughout the year. As a member you are entitled to half price sessions, open practice, lessons and coaching. There is also one Open Practice session each week for members, totally free. Be able to make controlled descent of the slope and be able to use the lift.

1. Gloves.
2. Thick, long socks.
3. Arms and legs covering.
4. Outdoor clothing.
5. Helmet, not mandatory.

Two hours of continuous practice with coaching tips, drills and exercises to improve your performance and enjoyment.
