Description
Learn to SUP on our 2-hour beginner paddleboard lesson at Paper Mill Lock on the River Chelmer, Essex. Starting from absolute basics we teach all of the essential paddle skills in our 2-hour Learn to SUP lesson. You’ll have a lot of fun, but most importantly you’ll learn all you need to know to SUP safely and competently by yourself – successful candidates will receive their BSUPA Ready to Ride ticket. As this is a private session, we are able to tailor the course to suit any previous experience you might have. It is therefore also well suited to intermediate paddlers looking to improve their skills.

Customers should be in good health, fit to paddle (with a basic level of all-round fitness: see ‘Can I do it?’ in our FAQs), 13 years old or over, capable of swimming and confident in the water.
