Parents and children can Learn to SUP on our 2-hour family paddleboard lesson at Paper Mill Lock on the River Chelmer, Essex. Starting from absolute basics we teach all of the essential paddle skills in our 2-hour Learn to SUP lesson. You’ll have a lot of fun, but most importantly you’ll learn all you need to know to SUP safely and competently by yourself – successful candidates will receive their BSUPA Ready to Ride ticket. Requirements
Customers should be in good health, fit to paddle (with a basic level of all-round fitness: see ‘Can I do it?’ in our FAQs), 8 years old or over, capable of swimming and confident in the water.
