2:1 SUP – private lesson

This is a private 2-to-1 coaching session at Paper Mill Lock on the River Chelmer, so we are able to tailor the course to suit your SUP skills and experience. It is therefore equally suited to absolute beginners wanting a personalised Learn to SUP lesson, intermediate paddlers looking to improve their skills following the BSUPA Ready to Ride syllabus and beyond, or experienced paddlers seeking race coaching and/or other advanced technique. The base price per person is excluding hire kit (ie; assuming you have your own board, paddle and leash). No problem if not – just select the 'hire kit' add-on to rent a board and everything else you'll need for £25pp.

Customers should be in good health, fit to paddle (with a basic level of all-round fitness: see ‘Can I do it?’ in our FAQs), 13 years old or over, capable of swimming and confident in the water.

Our base coaching price assumes that you will supply your own board, paddle, leash, plus whatever you choose to wear on the water.

Otherwise – if you have selected the £25 hire kit add-on to rent a board – all you need to bring is a towel, and arrive wearing swimming kit under your clothes.
