Welcome to Ocean High's Family + Friends Group SUP Intro Lesson! Our experienced instructors are here to teach you the basics of paddle boarding in a safe and fun environment. In just one hour, we will get you up to speed on board safety, assessment of the conditions and location, introduction to the board, paddling techniques and basic turns. Participants should be able to swim 25m and be water confident.

Children under the age of 18 need a parent to sign them in.

1. Wetsuit If you have one
2. Towel / Changing robe
3. Change of clothes
4. Sunscreen
5. Sunglasses and retainers (in case you fall in!)
6. Any medication
7. Re-usable water bottle. No single use plastics please
