Description
The 2 to 1 SUP Progression Lesson at Ocean High in Marazion is the perfect opportunity to take your paddleboarding skills and knowledge to the next level. Led by experienced coaches, this one hour session will cover a range of topics including improved paddle technique, turning manoeuvres, rescue techniques and ocean safety knowledge. You'll also have the chance to discuss weather, tides and route planning – essential information for any budding adventurer! Plus there's an option to add on a discounted one hour hire after your lesson or even venture out on a mini tour around St Michael's Mount. Requirements
What to bring
You will need a towel or changing robe and maybe a change of clothes.
Sunscreen and sunglasses are a good idea in the summer and sunglass retainers in case you fall in......we don't want you losing your sunnies or adding to plastic in the ocean! Re-usable water bottles are encouraged. No single use plastics please.
Buoyancy aids are provided.
