For the main course, indulge in an oak-smoked French trimmed pork cutlet, expertly served on a black pudding mash potato with a carrot puree, spring vegetables, and a rich apple and blackberry jus. Fish lovers will delight in our whole black bream, nestled on a bed of creamy leeks with a decadent brown butter and cockle sauce, accompanied by crispy capers and a creamy garlic potato gratin, or opt for the chicken supreme stuffed with a mushroom duxelles and a creamy spinach and bacon white sauce, served with hand cut chunky chips and spring vegetables.
