Celebrate the season with stunning views and a luxurious three-course Christmas menu crafted by our talented chef.
Starter
Roasted pepper and squash soup served with a crusty roll
Crispy sesame-coated chicken strips with a hot honey dipping sauce.
Main course
Traditional roast turkey with chipolatas
12-hour slow-roasted brisket with Yorkshire pudding
Vegan beetroot Wellington with rich vegan gravy.
All mains come with the Christmas vegetable medley of confit carrots, parsnip and swede mash, savoy cabbage, broccoli florets, roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes and homemade red wine gravy
Dessert
Individual Christmas pudding with brandy cream
A refreshing sorbet trio with passionfruit
A luxury affogato.
