Join us at the Lisvane and Llanishen Visitor Centre in Cardiff for an extensive, two-hour induction into this invigorating activity, followed by your first guided cold water dip. Conducted by our team of expert instructors, We will be covering essential topics on safety and health benefits, best practices and suitable equipment. You'll come to understand the mental and physical challenges involved, and the fantastic wellbeing benefits one can gain from routine cold water immersion. Upon completion of the induction, you receive exclusive access to join our cold water dipping community, where you'll be able to participate in our ongoing meetups and events, gaining a new adventurous way to unwind, stay fit, and build resilience all year round. Minimum age of 12 - Must be accompanied by responsible adult.
£25 per person, which will include two hour classroom based induction, membership card and first dip.
