  • Description

**Please note you must have completed a Cold Water Dipping Induction at either Llandegfedd or Lisvane and Llanishen Reservoirs before booking a dipping session.**

Submerge yourself into the refreshing, exhilarating world of cold water dipping!

This session is for those who have completed their induction and would like to undertake further dips! Time in the water will be restricted to a maximum of 1 minute per temperature degree. e.g. if the water is 9 degrees, the maximum dip time will be 9 minutes.

You can enter the water for your dip at any point during the timeslot. Last entry will be 5 minutes before the end of the session.

Age restrictions note: The minimum age for this activity is 12 years.

    1. 12yrs - 15yrs are able to attend, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+ participating in the same session.
    2. 16-17year olds can attend, provided that a responsible adult aged 18+ is on site, but not necessarily participating in the session.
    3. Please note - children will need to consider the time in the water may be less than an adult and be closely monitored by their accompanying adult for comfortability.

    Weather:

Safety is our number one priority. In the event of poor weather conditions (e.g. strong winds or thunder and lightning) or other incidents we reserve the right to restrict water access to particular user groups, restrict the area available for activities, cancel sessions or close the lake. We will endeavour to give advance notice whenever possible; however sometimes decisions need to be made at short notice. If we close the lake, we will add a message to our website and endeavour to contact all customers impacted to offer the opportunity to reschedule their session or receive a refund.
