1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session starts to allow time to check in
2. Check in at the Visitor Centre Grab and Go on the ground floor
3. Buoyancy aids or life jackets provided
4. Children under 5 years old are not permitted on the boats
5. An adult must be participation in the activity
6. All customers to receive safety brief beforehand
