1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session starts to allow time to check in. For late arrivals it is not possible to change the end time to compensate.
2. Make your way to the Visitor Centre Grab and Go seating area on the ground floor and wait for a member of staff to check you in. (If no member of staff has attended before the start time please knock on the grey office door, or seek a member of the café team to help)
3. Buoyancy aids or life jackets provided, and must be worn correctly at all times
4. Children under 5 years old are not permitted on the boats
5. An adult must be participating in the activity
6. All customers to receive safety brief beforehand
