Every Sunday for 5 weeks - 2hrs per session. Please note, the times will change each week due to the tides.
The Surf Maniax Surf Course is the start of the Surfing, Learning Pathway.
The course covers all the Basic aspects of:
- Surfing
- Surfing Safely
- looking after equipment
- catching waves
- standing
- balance
- fitness
- dealing with injuries
- tides, currents
- types of waves
- Surfing and the environment
- and much much more...
Each Session is split into :
- theory
- fitness
- lifestyle
- surfing.
Each course includes, the Surf Learning Pathway Log Book, , Porthcawl Surf School T-Shirt and all equipment needed.
The course is suitable for children age 7 -16.
