    Our surf lessons are legendary; small groups, loads of attention from our amazing coaches, a whole host of tips, tricks and techniques to get you ripping. To cap it all off we’ve got the best equipment around for you to use for FREE!

     *Minimum requirement of 2 participants per session


    Requirements

    Surfing is a physically demanding activity, whilst we'll be showing you the best and most efficient way to do things, you will DEFINITELY be tired by the end of 2 hours.


    As a rough guide you'll need to be able to carry your surfboard from the surf school to the water's edge (up to 500m), swim at least 25m unaided and go from lying on the floor to standing up within 10 seconds when you're on the land in order to give surfing a good go.


    If you or anyone in your party is unsure of your abilities then please get in touch prior to booking and we can advise you.

    Itinerary
    1. Check-in and meer your instructor
    2. Change into wetsuits and be issued with boards
    3. Head to the waters edge
    4. Safety briefing
    5. Beach tuition
    6. Prone surfing (catching waves lying down)
    7. Fault correction and more beach tuition
    8. Stand-up Surfing
    9. Debrief and return to base
