Join Big Green Surf Club for a weekly surfing session at the breathtaking Crantock Beach, perfect for surfers of all levels! Whether you’re a total beginner eager to catch your first wave or a seasoned rider wanting to sharpen your skills, our friendly and supportive community welcomes you. Enjoy around two hours of catching waves in a fun and supportive environment. Our expert coaches are on hand to offer advice but this isn't a formal lesson, just a great way to enjoy your surfing in a small group, with some personal attention and a fun, safe environment. Crantock’s uncrowded, pristine beach offers the ideal playground to connect with the ocean and like-minded surfers. Dive in and be part of the vibrant surf family that makes every week unforgettable!

Surfing is a physically demanding activity, whilst we'll be showing you the best and most efficient way to do things, you will DEFINITELY be tired by the end of 2 hours.

As a rough guide you'll need to be able to carry your surfboard from the surf school to the water's edge (up to 500m), swim at least 25m unaided and go from lying on the floor to standing up within 10 seconds when you're on the land in order to give surfing a good go.
