Description

Join us for a quick intro to Stand-Up-Paddleboarding (SUP), with 1 hour of tuition from our expert coaches and then keep the kit for 1 hour of self-guided practice time straight after your lesson.

Our SUP Taster Sessions are designed for beginners or younger paddlers during low-tide, this means calm, shallow pools of the estuary without strong currents or deep water to worry about.

The Taster session offers you the chance to learn the correct techniques and important safety elements from your instructor, ensuring you can enjoy your paddles safely in future.

You'll learn how to assess conditions, choose the right equipment, control the board, self-rescue and much much more. All equipment and tuition included, we go at your pace and can cater for all ages from 8+.

*Minimum requirement of 2 participants per session
