2 Hour Paddle Board Group Lesson

This 2-hour comprehensive course offers a thorough exploration of the paddleboarding fundamentals. Nestled in the scenic waterways of Borth or a sheltered lake in the mountains, our lesson provides an ideal season-round aquatic adventure.

Under the proficient guidance of our expert instructors, you will master the art of balancing and controlling your paddleboard, maneuvering like a pro with swift paddle strokes. Prepare to be captivated as you glide through the serene aquatic landscapes, creating ripples in the water and lifelong memories.

If you are an individual looking to book in, we will hopefully have others booked onto the lesson, as we need a minimum of 2 people, (why not bring a friend to join you?). If you are the only person don't worry, we can either re-schedule to another day with others booked in, or you can always upgrade to a private 1 to 1 lesson.

1. We start with a thorough safety brief, contaning, beach, board, water safety, emergency protocols, board handling and an introduction to the equipment.
2. Learning how to prone paddle.
3. Progressing to knee paddling and working on board control and paddling techniques.
4. Finally learning full stand up paddling
5. Practice with tuition as our expert coaches, provide tips and advice, to help you improve.
6. If coastal conditions are too rough we move up to our sheltered water location.
