Kids After School Surf Club

For ages 8 - 16. Kids club is aimed at kids who want to progress their surfing or continue to have loads of fun in the water.

If booking as a drop in please contact us to discuss suitability, as we try to keep similar ages and experience levels together. Wednesdays at 5pm is mostly children between the ages of 7-11. Wednesdays at 6.30 is teenagers with a decent amount of experience. Thursdays at 5 is a mixture of abilities mostly ages 11-16. We have some flexibility with this. We can cater to complete beginners up to advanced rippers across different sessions.

Our lessons take place on the beautiful Bamburgh Beach. We also have the options of Seahouses and Beadnell if the surf is more suitable at either of those locations. If our lesson location moves from Bamburgh we will be in touch, if we do not contact please go to Bamburgh for the lesson start time.

Our lessons will run if the surf/weather conditions are safe. If the surf is flat we will run either a paddle skills and games, lifeguard skills or surf skate session. However, there are occasions where the conditions may not be safe. In the unfortunate event of this happening we will call the number provided by the person who made the booking, as soon as possible, to give the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. If we do not contact you then the conditions are safe so the lesson will go ahead as planned.

Please bring a towel and some warm clothes for after the session. Swimwear is ideal to wear under our wetsuits.
