Description

Join us for a SUP lesson, this one-hour session is perfect for complete beginners or if you're looking to improve paddle skills. Our scheduled morning sessions make the most of the quiet bay. They're also a great way to meet fellow paddle boarders.

Requirements

No experience necessary.
Ages 12+

What to bring

Suitable clothing for paddle boarding.
Dry clothes for afterwards.
You may wear your own buoyancy aid if it meets the centre standards.
Buoyancy aids provided.

Itinerary

During this one hour lesson you will learn the basics of paddle boarding including:

how to set your board up
how to paddle in a straight line.
Safety aspects needed for going paddle boarding.
