The Ladybower Sup Experience

Join us for a SUP experience in the heart of the Peak District on the historic Ladybower reservoir. Once you’ve had a quick introduction to the equipment and after a short safety briefing we will get to grips with how to control the board whilst kneeling. Once we’ve got that sorted we’ll look at getting stood up. After all, it is called stand-up paddle boarding. When you’re feeling comfortable you’ll put your new found skills to use and go on a small journey. Minimum age 13. This venue is susceptible to high winds if the wind is to strong it will be moved to Victoria Quays in Sheffield.

For Supping you will want to wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet Gym or Sportswear is great. Please have footwear that will stay on your feet if you end up in the water. If you have a wet suit you may want to bring this with you.
