  • Description

    .SH stands for Single-hander.

This course is run with 1 instructor to 6 students.

This course follows the RYA Level 2 - Basic Skills. On completion of this course you will be safety conscious and capable of sailing without an instructor in light to moderate conditions. This improver course seeks to bridge the gap between Start Sailing, Basic Skills and the five Advanced modules by offering an introduction to the different modules, allowing sailors to select better their preferred route within the sport. Better Sailing is intended to make the transition easier for those sailors wishing to progress further through the scheme, allowing for opportunity to practice and consolidate sailing techniques and experience some of the activities the Advanced modules have to offer, helping to build confidence and support development of good technique and independent sailing.

Great SUP lesson, enjoyed by young and old. Was a nicely paced experience with lots of time to explore on the board once we had mastered the basics and safety. Awesome location to enjoy the water.
