Adult RYA Level 2 - Basic Skills
Description
The RYA Level 2 Basic Skills course follows the RYA Level 1 Start Sailing. On completion of this course, you will have the basic knowledge of sailing and be capable of sailing without an instructor in light winds. This course is normally completed in a double-handed Laser Bahia or Wayfarer but our instructor may introduce you to different types of dinghy.

Please note that we need a minimum number of two confirmed participants for this course to run. If we have not received this minimum 14 days before the course begins, we will contact you.
If you book two or more places at the same time, we can immediately confirm that the course will run. A Group Booking Discount of £30 per person is applied during checkout when you book for 2 or more people at the same time.
Under sixteens should enrol for the RYA Youth Scheme starting with Stage 1. Contact us if you are a family group and would like adults and children to learn together.
On successful completion of Level 2 Basic Skills, we recommend that you continue your journey towards becoming an independent sailor with RYA Level 3 Basic Skills.
