Join me on tranquil River Medway learning to paddleboard or simply improving your Paddleboarding skills , looking at mounting / dismounting of river bed , stance and positioning , paddle strokes and self rescue.

Please allow 1-1.5 hours and come 30 min before if using your own board to allow pumping time.(remember to purchase your river licence )

Healthy fit for an hour and half physical activity .

Gym gear and I have all equipment including board (includes river licence ) ,buoyancy aid and leash.

Bring spare clothes and a towel , drink and apply Suncream / midges spray .

A gentle stroll around the Island at Tonbridge on Medway .
