Water confidence & the ability to swim unassisted comfortably is preferable .
Buoyancy aids are supplied and mandatory.

Please arrive pre changed into swimsuits as we have no changing Facilities presently, it also saves time.
Itinerary
The 1.5 hour session includes all equipment & instruction on technique, tidal / Weather awareness, paddle technique, self rescue & safety , entering and exiting the water safely.
