*New Sunday morning session *


My Time accessible Yoga and breathwork with Maria (Happy Child Yoga) is welcoming and accessible yoga and breathwork session designed to help you reconnect with yourself. Whether you're seated in a chair or on a mat, this gentle practice combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and a short meditation to create a nurturing space for relaxation and inner calm. Perfect for all abilities and levels, "My Time" invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your Roots to 're group' with yourself.


We are a Community CIC and offer these sessions on a sliding scale (pay what you can afford suggested £7 full price/ £5 concessions or 'what is affordable', we received some funding from Harlow Council in regards to this (Sept 2025 - Feb 2026) alongside Nordic Walks and the Toning Tables (at the Stow Harlow) as part of You Matter support, aimed at people with a range of long term health conditions or who may have had injury, hypermobility or changes in their ability to participate in exercise.


We have run a pilot since January 2025 where we have had people aged 8 - 80 attend. Some for balance, increased core strength, to manage pain, stiffness and fatigue.


*Please note, if children are attending they should be able to 'settle' and enjoy the group as for carers and a range of needs, also would be the responsibility of their carer / parent * - If unsure please call / text Tara 07985 751059


Join us for about one hour of restorative self-care that supports both body and mind. Come as you are and embrace the opportunity to simply *be*.

Suitable for a range of health conditions, chair or mat based. Pay on the day (cash) or arrange transfer payment

What to bring

Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, bring water and mat is optional as we have spare mats for you

Itinerary

Chair or / and mat based yoga, some standing / seated and optional mat based poses, breathwork, mudras, meditation and movement linked to function and to support you to release tension.
