Friendly, fun Nordic Walking Group. Try our Nordic Walking Poles, learn some supportive stretches and de stress with friends / meet new people


Beginners sessions for new / returning walkers in lovely setting of Hospital Woods near Parndon Woods. Come and experience green exercise (in disguise) as the poles support your

What to bring

Please wear comfy clothing and layers (weather dependant) comfortable footwear for walking on paths and grass
