This is a lovely gentle group and great if you are starting out or returning to Nordic Walking and would like a group that supports you to de stress and reconnect
Nordic walking supports the body, joints, balance, burning calories and core strength. The specially designed poles (we provide on loan) are here to support a range of conditions including Arthritis, Diabetes, Respiratory conditions and low or high blood pressure (BP)
We normally walk 1 - 2 laps of the woods, our instructors and walk leader are on hand to support you and your needs.
