Nordic Walking taster session
Come learn how Nordic Walking can support your body, core strength, balance, calorie burn, coordination and your joints.
We received some funding from Harlow Council and Nordic walks are part of the groups we offer alongside chair / mat based Yoga (My Time) on a Monday 11am, Sunday 9:30am (please see booking links) and support from the toning tables
We are a charitable organisation and you are welcome to donate for the session. 1st group is free then we have a sliding scale £5, £3 for concessions to make this affordable.
We have been teaching Nordic Walking for over 7 years in Harlow and are excited to have a new instructor join the team so we can support you.
These taster sessions are to help you if you are a beginner or are returning after a while and want to re learn the technique. We are offering 4 week beginners groups too and look forward to meeting you
Please meet at the car park at Parndon Woods and your instructors will support you in getting poles fitted
