This is a lovely gentle group and great if you are starting out or returning to Nordic Walking and would like a group that supports you to de stress and reconnect.
We get the chance to stretch with Qi Gong, Tai Chi and other stretches and breathwork - sometimes a meditation depending on the weather
Nordic walking supports the body, joints, balance, burning calories and core strength. The specially designed poles (we provide on loan) are here to support a range of conditions including Arthritis, Diabetes, Respiratory conditions and low or high blood pressure (BP)
We normally walk 1 - 2 laps of the woods, our instructors and walk leader are on hand to support you and your needs.
