Description
Our 3 hour Sea Kayaking trip on the Copper coast is a trip you will never forget.
Cost €50 per person
Suitable for all levels of experience.
Minimum age of 12 years old for sea kayaking trips.
When does the trip run? These trips are pop up in style (Please see below)
Our Copper Coast kayaking trip will take you into the caves, tunnels and arches of this beautiful Waterford Coastline. From our launch point in the Tramore area it will not be long before you are in awe of the power of the sea and amazed by how it has carved out such beautiful features. Most people only ever get to see the copper coast from the land, we take you deep into it.
We will kit you up with all the necessary equipment, give you an introduction to kayaking and a safety brief before we head out on the water, where your guide will take great care of you.
Our Sea kayaking trips are run in a pop-up way.
What does that mean. It means that when the sea conditions are right, and we have capacity we will advertise on our social media and booking channels that trips are running, and we will take bookings on a first come first served basis. We do not take advanced bookings for Sea kayaking trips.
Why do we do it this way? For the last 10+ years we have been running sea kayaking trips on the copper coast and in the last number of years sea conditions have gotten less and less reliable and predictable, this has meant we have in the last few summers we have had to cancel or reschedule lots of advanced booked trips. In general, we only have an accurate forecast for sea conditions 1-2 days in advance and what we are looking for in terms of conditions is little or no swell and light winds.
Feel free to send us an email if you are in the area to see if conditions are looking good and if we will have trips running.
